Charlotte, NC – Charlotte based commercial builder, JenCon, has started construction on a new US headquarter location for Simatec, a world market leader for lubricant dispensers and high-tech niche products. This will include a new 13,000 square foot office and warehouse space in the Queen City. The project, which is being built on a two-acre site, will feature state-of-the-art amenities and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on May 17, 2023, and marks an important milestone for this exciting project.
