Konica Minolta’s Charlotte location was in need of renovations to help the branch conform to the design of the company’s regional office. JenCon partnered with Konica Minolta to design an office space that fit the company’s design standards while also meeting the day-to-day requirements of the rest of the local Charlotte team. Our team installed new rug tiles, frosted glass windows and doors, and performed a series of renovations to modernize the entire office and create a productive work environment for the team. By partnering with JenCon Builders, Konica Minolta’s Charlotte hub was able to meet the corporate office design guidelines while also meeting the needs of their team and preparing plenty of space for growth in the years to come.
