Close proximity to streets, railroad tracks, and buildings meant that our team had to carefully navigate the entire project, designing changes that would create a space that limited distractions and that was completed with minimal interruptions to the surrounding areas. Once completed, the location featured a state-of-the-art executive suite for the owner, new offices for key company leaders, elevator access to the second floor, and new restroom facilities for the location’s warehouse – all created with minimal impact on business operations and no interruption to neighboring businesses.
