STEAK N’ HOAGIE

Steak N’ Hoagie is a local Charlotte staple serving authentic Philadelphia-style cheesesteaks and hoagies since 1979. With the restaurant chain continuing to thrive, Steak N’ Hoagie partnered with JenCon to revitalize their third location and outfit a former fast food restaurant into a welcoming and modern deli. Just off of I-485 and US-74, this new location was designed to provide easy access to both locals and to commuters traveling into the larger Charlotte area. This space was revitalized to fit the needs of Steak N’ Hoagie’s team, giving them the space and the tools to help exceed the expectations of their longtime customers. JenCon revitalized their dining space, kitchen area, and restrooms to transform a 90s-era fast food restaurant into a home for a thriving local business in the greater Charlotte area.
